2.1 Contact form submissions
When you submit our contact form, we collect: name, company name, email address, and the message content you provide. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
2.2 Email correspondence
If you contact us by email, we store the correspondence, including any personal data contained within it, for the purpose of handling your request and for documentation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
2.3 Website access logs
Our hosting provider automatically collects standard access log data, including IP address, browser type, referring URL, and time of access. This is used for technical operations and security purposes. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are retained only as long as required for technical operations and security.
2.4 Cookies
This website stores one cookie: twinalps-theme, a preference cookie that saves your light/dark mode choice. It contains no personal data and is stored locally in your browser. No tracking cookies are set. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
3. Data retention
Contact form submissions and email correspondence are retained only as long as required to handle the inquiry, maintain business records, or comply with statutory retention obligations.
4. Data recipients and third-party processors
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with the following categories of processors, each under a Data Processing Agreement:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers
- Email service providers
- CRM / pipeline tools used to manage inquiries
All processors are either established in the EU/EEA or have appropriate safeguards in place (Standard Contractual Clauses).
