2.1 Business inquiries and appointments
When you contact us about our services, we process the contact details and message content you provide to respond to your inquiry. If you use the message form on our contact page, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, the choices you make and your message; the form passes them through our hosting provider to our mailbox at Google Workspace (Gmail), and we do not store them on the website. Email links on this website open your email app. To book a call, you follow a link to our Google Calendar appointment page, where you provide the details needed to arrange the appointment.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
2.2 Email correspondence
If you contact us by email, we store the correspondence, including any personal data contained within it, for the purpose of handling your request and for documentation.
Career inquiries also arrive by email. They may include a CV or a link to your professional profile if you choose to send one.

2.3 Website access logs
Our hosting provider automatically collects standard access log data, including IP address, browser type, referring URL, and time of access. This is used for technical operations and security purposes.

This website sets no cookies. No tracking cookies are set, and no third-party advertising cookies are used.
3. Data retention
Inquiry and appointment details and email correspondence are retained only as long as required to handle the inquiry, maintain business records, or comply with statutory retention obligations.
4. Data recipients and third-party processors
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with the following categories of processors, each under a Data Processing Agreement:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers
- Email service providers
- CRM / pipeline tools used to manage inquiries
All processors are either established in the EU/EEA or have appropriate safeguards in place (Standard Contractual Clauses).
The booking link opens an external Google service. See Google’s privacy policy for information about its handling of data when you use that service.
5. International transfers
Twinalps L.L.C. is established in Kosovo. Where personal data from the EU/EEA is transferred to or processed in Kosovo or another country outside the EU/EEA, we use appropriate safeguards where required, including Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46 GDPR.
