How do you guarantee the engineers are a good fit?
You interview every engineer before they join your team. If a placement isn't working out - for any reason - we replace them at our cost.
Every team also has an Inpro principal as technical lead. Code review, CI gating, and security posture follow the Inpro delivery handbook, with sprint reviews every two weeks.
How quickly can you assemble a team?
For augmentation engagements with 1–3 engineers, typically 5–10 business days from signed scope to first commit. For dedicated squads of 4–8, usually 2–4 weeks.
What's the minimum engagement?
Three months for team augmentation, six months for dedicated squads. After the minimum, contracts run month-to-month with 30 days' notice.
What about IP, data, and security?
All IP transfers to you on creation. Engagements include a GDPR Data Processing Agreement by default. Code lives in your repositories; secrets stay in your vault.
Engineers work from Kosovo under Austrian contracts. We're ISO 27001 ready and can support customer-specific security reviews on request.
Where exactly are the engineers?
Engineers are based in Pristina, Kosovo. Pristina runs on CET - same timezone as Vienna, Berlin, and Zurich. Hybrid in-office, with team leads available for on-site visits in DACH on request.
